Welcome to Mindful Making Totnes

I run free creative classes every Wednesday 10am-12pm as part of St John's Community Cafe at St John's Church Totnes , Bridgetown, Totnes TQ9 5AB

We are upstairs on the Mezzanine floor, there is a lift for accessibility.

The classes are completely FREE as I don't want money to be a barrier for people to access any support for their mental wellbeing and all materials are provided.

The group is very welcoming and a safe space for fostering connections through creativity.

I totally believe being creative is completely mindful, you are so focused on what you are doing that you forget your worries for that time.

I have completed a fully accredited course to become a Mental Health First Aider.

I also have personal experience of mental health issues and being creative helps me enormously so I wanted to share the power of being creative with others in the hope that it helps others too.

No experience is necessary, we make all sorts of different easy creations for you to then take home.

I love incorporating recycled materials into my crafts to give new life to old items while creating something unique and eco-friendly.

I am art group leader for Totnes Caring and run a weekly session for them every Monday 10.30am-12.30pm at The Rushbrook Centre, Totnes TQ9 5HW and run an after school art club at my local primary school where I actually went to school myself.

Follow me on social media to keep up to date with all my events or check out the event tab whilst you are here

I am also available to attend your event with a customised craft workshop or for customised craft parties

I look forward to meeting you!
